For Studios, average rates range mainly from $1800-$2400, with some
of the higher end properties running up to $2800 or more.
For One Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2200-$2800, with
some of the higher end properties running up to $3300 or more.
For Two Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2600-$3200, with
some of the higher end properties running up to $3800 or more.
For Three Bedrooms, average rates range mainly from $2900-$3600, with
some of the higher end properties running up to $4200 or more.
*Note: The ranges below represent pricing on "better" type properties
in the "upper moderate" and "high end" property categories. We have a few owners of lower end type properties
